The fourth step is to wrap the insulation material with high temperature cloth. The thickness of the insulation material is matched according to the requirements of the different electromagnetic heating controllers used. After the insulation material is wrapped, use high temperature cloth (fiber cloth) or bakelite (ring). Oxygen resin board) wraps the insulation material tightly. The fifth step is to wind the high temperature cable. The specification and length of the high temperature cable should be selected according to the requirements of various types of electromagnetic heating controllers. This step is very critical.

 

Step 6: Connect the band to the electromagnetic heating controller

 

The last step is to connect the wound band to the electromagnetic heating controller, and connect the electromagnetic heating controller to the power supply to debug the equipment. It should be noted that special attention should be paid to the measurement of the electromagnetic heating controller during the debugging process. The input current and frequency. In order to ensure the service life of the equipment, we recommend that the water current be adjusted to about 80% of the rated operating current. For example, if our 50KW electromagnetic heating controller has a rated operating current of 75A, it is recommended to adjust it to about 75A, or If the current is too small, you can reduce the number of bands, otherwise you need to add more bands.
