Daily maintenance of immersion tubular electric heater

1. After the heater runs for a period of time (according to the user's usage), the spark plug should be unscrewed to remove carbon deposits. If the spark plug wire is burnt, the spark plug should be removed and replaced with a new one.

 

2. If there is too much carbon deposition, resulting in reduced thermal efficiency, the cooling fins on the water jacket wall and the carbon deposition in the combustion chamber should be cleaned.

 

3. If it is found that the air inlet pipe, exhaust pipe and oil drip pipe of the main heater are blocked by mud, please clean and unclog it in time. Please keep the heater room clean, and it is strictly forbidden to place flammable debris around.

 

4. Ensure that the oil tank, oil pipe and oil filter solenoid valve are clean to prevent dirt from clogging the oil circuit.

 

5. The heater circulation system should use the external ambient temperature of the antifreeze as the circulating heating medium.

 

6. The water heater pump should be checked regularly according to the user's usage. If it is found that the water seal part that plays a sealing role is leaking, or the pump is difficult to start and run, it should be repaired in time.
