Flanged stainless steel tube heaters are widely used for heating storage tank equipment in electronics, plastics, chemical industries and environmental engineering.

Precautions for using flanged stainless steel tubular heaters:

 

1. Do not install it at the air outlet with high humidity at will. If it is installed in a high-humidity air outlet, it is easy to make the tubular heater damp, and the insulator will fall, which may cause electric leakage, electric shock and other hazards.

 

2. Do not use tubular electric heaters in non-water or contaminated heating containers. Put the tubular electric heater into a liquid with a lot of impurities to heat, which can easily lead to surface fouling and cannot generate its own heat in time. Tubular heaters will be damaged due to discharge. At the same time, it must be ensured that the heating liquid cannot be lower than the normal level, otherwise it may damage the tubular heaters and cause fire and other hazards.

 

3. Do not use unstable containers. Before installing the heater, make sure that the container is placed steadily, and then install and fix the container. Because unstable containers are easy to tip and pour liquids, they can cause fire, electric shock and other hazards, which can cause the tubular heater to burn dry.

 

4. Do not stack heavy objects on the power cord. When the power cord is long, check whether the power cord is squeezed by heavy objects. If found, the object should be evacuated in time. Due to prolonged squeezing and friction, the sheath of the wire may be damaged, resulting in dangers such as electric leakage, electric shock and even fire.

 

5. Do not modify the heater at will. Random deformation and modification may cause the internal structure of the heater to change, affect the electrical performance, and may cause fire, leakage, electric shock and other hazards.
