(1) First, try to reduce the gap between the outside diameter of the heating tube and its insertion hole. Usually the gap between the two is less than 0.1-0.2mm. For example, a heating rod with a pipe diameter of 10 should be an aperture within 10.2. .

 

(2) When machining the mounting hole, it should effectively ensure its coaxiality and size tolerance. For example, use a reamer and other tools to trim it during processing.

 

(3) The residue after processing should be cleaned up before installation of the heating pipe, otherwise it will affect the heat conduction ability.
