Why does the electric heating pipe of the water tank always burn out?
1. Dry burning phenomenon occurs in the heating area of the electric heating tube
When the heating tube is dry, it will cause the surface temperature of the electric heating tube of the water tank to rise rapidly. When it reaches a certain level, the resistance wire will be burned out, thus affecting the life of the electric heating tube of the water tank.
2. Serious scale
The more scale, the easier it is to affect the heat conduction of the heating tube. The temperature on the surface of the heating tube cannot be transferred to the heated liquid in time, resulting in excessively high internal temperature of the heating tube, thermal expansion and contraction, and serious tube bursting.
3. The heating tube power exceeds the standard setting
When designing the electric heating pipe of the water tank, the power range per meter is within 143KW. The salesman of Yancheng Feiyu Electric Heating will choose a reasonable power according to the customer's use environment, but it will not exceed 4KW at most. If the proportional design is exceeded, the generated power per meter
will become larger, and the opposite surface coincidence will also become larger. When the surface load increases, the surface temperature of the electric heating tube will also increase, which will cause the electric heating tube to burn out.
4. Improper selection of materials
The heated water is corrosive, but no corrosion-resistant electric heating tube material is selected. In this way, the electric heating tube will be corroded by the liquid when it is used, and there will be loopholes, and the heating tube cannot be used with loopholes.
