The heating tube is generally used in metal heat treatment, etc. The principle is that when a thicker metal is in an alternating magnetic field, current will occur due to the appearance of electromagnetic induction. When the thicker metal generates current, the current will form a spiral movement path inside the metal, so that the heat generated by the current activity is absorbed by the metal itself, which will cause the metal to quickly heat up.


The heating tube is evenly distributed with high temperature resistance wires in the high temperature resistant stainless steel seamless tube, and the open space is filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with excellent heat conduction and insulation functions. This layout is not only leading, high thermal efficiency, and uniform heat generation. There is a period of current in the high-temperature resistance wire, and the heat generated is dispersed to the surface of the metal pipe through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and then transferred to the heated part or the air to reach the heating intention.


Electric air heaters are mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the required air temperature, up to 850°C. It has been widely used in aerospace, weapon industry, chemical industry and universities, etc. Many scientific research laboratories are produced. Particularly suitable for active temperature control, large flow and high temperature combined system and accessory experiments. Electric air heaters can be used in a wide range: they can heat any gas. The generated hot air is dry and moisture-free, non-conductive, non-burning, non-explosive, non-chemically corrosive, non-polluting, safe and reliable, and the heated space heats up quickly ( Controllable).


The operating principle of the heating tube is to install a primary coil with a larger number of turns and a secondary coil with a smaller number of turns on the same iron core. The voltage ratio of input to output is equal to the ratio of the number of turns of the coil, together with the energy remaining unchanged; therefore, the secondary coil generates a large current under low voltage conditions. Regarding induction heaters, the bearing is a short-circuited single-turn secondary coil that passes a large current under the condition of a lower communication voltage, and thus generates a lot of heat. The heater itself and the yoke are kept at room temperature. Because this heating method can induce current, the bearing will be magnetized. It is important to ensure that the bearing will be demagnetized in the future so that it will not attract metal magnetic chips during operation. FAG induction heaters have active demagnetization function.
