Quality inspection methods and characteristics of electric heating tubes

Inspection method of electric heating tube:

 

1. Use resistance test, cold state withstand voltage test and cold state insulation test for inspection.

 

2. Power test, thermal insulation test, thermal withstand voltage test, leakage current test.

 

3. Tidal test, salt spray test, life test and other mechanical tests.
