When it comes to the rated voltage, it is necessary to talk about the difference between it and the working voltage:

 

Rated voltage: it is the voltage of a single electric heating tube made, and the voltage marked on the electric heating tube. Working voltage: is the voltage used, that is, the voltage of the power supply.

 

What is the relationship between the rated voltage of the cartridge electric heating tube and the working voltage?

 

This is to tell everyone about the wiring method: (we use the U-shaped electric heating tube with a rated voltage of 220V as a reference)

 

1. Cartridge electric heating tube if the customer bought 1 tube

 

Then the customer must connect to the 220V working voltage when they go back. If the 380V working voltage is connected, the tube will burn out due to excessive surface load. Energy-saving electric heating coil (according to the formula voltage * voltage = power * resistance)

 

2. If the customer has purchased multiple heating pipes connected together

 

1. When connected in parallel, the working voltage is equal to the rated voltage of each tube, i.e. 220V.

 

2. When cartridge electric heating tubes are connected in series, the working voltage is equal to the sum of the rated voltage of each tube, that is, 440V.

 

Three: If the customer buys 3 tubes or a multiple of 3 tubes

 

1. In the case of the triangular connection method of the cartridge electric heating tube, the working voltage is equal to the rated voltage of each tube, that is, 220V.
