First, analyze the structural layout of the flange-type electric heater. The equipment welds multiple heating tubes to the flange. Most of them use argon arc. Of course, the fastening device can also be used to weld each electric heating tube. Fasteners facilitate central heating.

 

In addition, the fastener seal of the flange-type electric heater adopts scientific technology, which is extremely convenient for one-time replacement, which greatly saves future maintenance costs. And the overall structure will become more compact; just because the flange-type electric heater is short and dense as a whole, it has good stability and does not require mounting brackets.

 

Second, regarding the performance of flanged electric heaters. Compared with other electric heaters, its surface power is large, which increases the surface load of air heating by 2 to 4 times. So far, the equipment is mainly used for open and closed solution tanks and circulation systems.

 

The flange type electric heater uses U-shaped tubular electric heating elements, which are assembled on the flange cover according to the design specifications of different heating media and power configuration requirements, and inserted into the material to be heated. When the heating element is working, a large amount of heat dissipated is conducted to the heated medium to increase the temperature of the medium to meet the required process requirements.

 

When the temperature of the medium reaches the set value required by the process, the flange-type electric heater control system adjusts the output power of the electric heater through PID calculation according to the temperature sensor signal to realize the temperature control of the resistance load. The heating element makes the temperature of the medium meet the requirements.
